Refund Policy

At Lapelix, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

You can contact the email:service@lapelix.com to cancel the order and receive a full refund as long as the order has not yet been processed;

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot intercept it, so you cannot cancel the order halfway, you should apply for a return after receiving the goods;

Therefore, if you change your mind, we recommend that you request a cancellation as soon as possible.

Return Requirements for Return-Eligible Items

The returned item(s) must be in good condition, maintain their original quality and function, and include all accessories and original packaging.

All returned item(s) must be in their original condition, without any signs of use, and must be sealed in the original packaging.

Quality Check for Returns

1. When a return item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it to ensure it is return- eligible and meets the applicable return requirements listed above. If the item passes our quality check, we will issue a refund. If our inspection finds that the returned item is not return-eligible or does not meet the return requirements listed above, we will reject the return and refuse to issue a refund or credit.

If the return item is rejected, we will send the item back to you at the same address that was specified in the original order and will deduct its return shipping fee from the amount of refund of other item(s) returned in the same order, if any.

2. In certain cases, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer a refund on the rejected-return item, instead of sending it back to you.

3. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact Lapelix‘s Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.

Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. 

Return Request Process

1. Sign into your Lapelix'S User Account.

2. Go to "My Orders" and find the order that contains the item(s) you would like to return and click "Order Details".

3. Send the order number、the item's SKU number or product name or pictures to service@lapelix.com. 

4. We will process your return request and offer the return address for you as soon as we can.

5. Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days after the purchase date.

NOTE:

1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your original package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address we provide.

2. Please make sure you do not include any items that were not purchased on the LAPELIX'S by mistake in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.

3. To ensure a smooth and timely refund process, please make sure that the item(s) you are returning match(es) the details listed on your return request. Any discrepancies may cause delays or prevent us from being able to process your return.

4. When there is no obvious quality problem in our products, the customer needs to return the goods, and after confirming the return by our customer service, and we will give a refund. (Refunds do not include postage and taxes).

Cancellation

Email customer service at service@lapelix.com and include your: Order number & Cancellation request with a picture of the product, if necessary

Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 5-10 business days to process.

Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, according to the guidelines mentioned above.

Shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

The time it takes for refunds to be processed and appear in your account can vary depending on your payment method and provider.
